Step into a weekly peer-led IFS practice space. Together we explore parts, share insight, and support one another. Each 60 minute session includes a theme, guided exercises, open Q&A, and time to share if you wish.

Gather monthly with peers to deepen your IFS practice. Guided meditations, breakout rooms, and space for sharing are offered. Open to IFS trained or informed therapists, coaches and practitioners.
