A Bit About Me

I’m a dedicated IFS Practitioner who works exclusively with professionals—therapists, coaches, and healing practitioners—from around the world via Zoom. I understand the unique challenges of holding space for others while also quietly carrying your own emotional burdens. Many of my clients come with burnout, imposter syndrome, or the ache of holding so much without feeling supported. Others carry deep wounds from past experiences—shame, anger, guilt, hopelessness, or even suicidal thoughts—often in the form of protectors with their own stories to tell.

Who I Work With
My clients are often the ones who hold space for everyone else—yet quietly feel drained, overwhelmed, or isolated. You’re the ones who hold the weight for others, but where’s the space for you? You don’t need to have it all together. My role is to offer you the same care, compassion, and support you provide to your clients.

My Approach
I’m not a licensed therapist or a mandated reporter. I’m not here to fix you or lead you anywhere. My work is grounded in lived experience and decades of personal healing. I found Internal Family Systems (IFS) when I needed it most, and it’s now the model I use to support others. For me, IFS isn’t just a trauma treatment—it’s a way of life. A sacred way of reconnecting with yourself, others, and even something greater.

IFS is gentle and client-led. There are no goals to chase—just an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen to your parts. No rush. Just presence. Together, we create a space where even your most burdened parts can finally feel safe enough to soften and receive the care they deserve.

What I Offer
I work with therapists, coaches, and other practitioners who need space to be the client for once. You don't need to know exactly what you need—whether it's a one-on-one IFS session, case consult, or a deeper connection with your own system, I am here to help.
