Welcome to the Free IFS Academy 

This is our global-scale, multi-topic learning center designed to make Internal Family Systems accessible to anyone who needs it, regardless of background or finances. We believe healing shouldn’t be out of reach, and this Academy is one of the ways we live that mission.
 

Inside, you’ll find hundreds of pages of IFS resources, clear explanations, deep long-form answers, audio read-aloud options, and eventually teaching videos. Everything here is created to help you understand IFS in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and practical. Think of this as a knowledge hub. A digital school. A place to learn at your own pace.

We will also offer: 
 

• Free IFS Live Demos - open to all levels. Both professionals and non-professionals are welcome. Come watch, volunteer or guide a demo. Learn more by clicking here. 
   

• Free IFS Topic Classes - rotating monthly topics for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners. Open to everyone with no registration required. 
   

• Free IFS Live Beginners Course -  Free IFS Beginner Course – a live four to eight week series that walks you step-by-step through the basics of Internal Family Systems. Perfect for anyone brand new to the model.
