• 📚 Free IFS Course for Beginners - A complete 8-week introduction to the Internal Family Systems model. This is the same material you would find in a $300 beginner course, but offered freely so anyone can start their IFS journey without financial barriers. You can attend live or do it self-paced. 

• 🎥 Free IFS Live Demos – Watch real IFS demos with volunteer clients & trained guides. Open to all levels. Come observe or step in and guide/volunteer.

• 🧠 Free IFS Topic Courses - Take a deeper dive into specific areas of IFS ranging from beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
