What You’ll Find in the Community
 

• • Free IFS Live Demos – Open to all levels. Watch, volunteer, or observe how real parts work unfolds in live practice.

• • Peer Support Study Groups – Open to everyone, with rotating beginner, intermediate, and advanced meetings based on interest and comfort. A place to learn with others, ask questions, and build confidence.

• • Case Consult Groups – For professionals only, with beginner and intermediate consult levels available. These groups explore real cases, challenges, and clinical questions through an IFS lens.

How Participation Works

All groups are held online. You’re welcome to engage as much or as little as you like. Your camera can be on or off, whichever is most comfortable for you.

Some members quietly observe. Others join deep-dive discussions or share experiences. However you show up, you belong in this space.
