Everything IFS exists to make Internal Family Systems (IFS) accessible, visible, and alive in the world.

We are a global hub for Internal Family Systems, bringing together learning, community, events, peer practice, professionals, and exploration in one connected ecosystem. Everything IFS is not a single program, training, or platfor it is an infrastructure designed to support the full IFS world and the people drawn to it.

We believe Internal Family Systems is more than a clinical modality or a tool reserved for therapy rooms. IFS offers a powerful way of understanding the human inner world, one that can profoundly shape how people relate to themselves, others, and life itself. You do not need a diagnosis or formal therapy to benefit from this work.

Yet access to IFS remains limited for many. Professional trainings are costly. Therapy is often out of reach. Skilled practitioners can be difficult to find, and geographic, financial, and systemic barriers prevent countless people from engaging with IFS in meaningful ways.

Everything IFS exists to help close that gap.
Why We Exist
We believe healing and self-understanding should not be reserved for the privileged or credentialed. The depth of Internal Family Systems deserves to be accessible to people everywhere.
Our mission is to expand access to IFS worldwide through free, low-cost, and donation-based resources, while supporting community-driven learning and connection. While not everything we offer is free, accessibility is the foundation of this work.
Healing in Community
We believe healing happens both individually and in relationship.
For many, engagement with IFS unfolds through shared spaces—peer practice groups, study circles, book clubs, recovery meetings, professional learning environments, spiritual gatherings, and live experiences. These communal spaces offer forms of resonance, learning, and support that individual work alone cannot provide.
One of the core purposes of Everything IFS is to make these opportunities easier to find and easier to join. Rather than searching endlessly across platforms, time zones, and informal networks, Everything IFS brings what is happening across the IFS world into one visible place.
This work is about connection—between people seeking support and those offering it, and between individuals who might otherwise never find their way into the same room.
How We Approach the Work
We value depth over performance, inclusion over gatekeeping, and generosity over prestige. We aim to present Internal Family Systems in a way that is accurate, compassionate, and grounded, while honoring the many ways people engage with the model across personal, relational, professional, and spiritual life.

EverythingIFS is not a therapy practice and does not replace professional mental health care. This space exists to support learning, exploration, connection, and informed engagement with IFS, while encouraging people to seek appropriate professional support when needed.
How Everything IFS Comes Together
Everything IFS connects to dedicated sister platforms, including a free and low-cost IFS Academy, a Parts Work Directory that helps people find IFS-informed professionals, and an expanding IFS Sanctuary focused on spiritual and philosophical exploration through an IFS lens.

Together, these spaces form a living ecosystem rather than a single destination.
