Welcome, this is where professionals and non-professionals come together to deepen their Internal Family Systems practice through live demonstrations, case consultation, and community support.

What You’ll Find in the Community
 

• Free IFS Live Demos – Open to all levels. Watch, volunteer, or observe as real parts work unfolds in live practice. IFS demos are currently held every Thursday at 10 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time, with more gatherings coming.

• Peer Support Study Groups – Open to everyone, with rotating beginner, intermediate, and advanced groups based on interest and comfort. A place to learn with others, ask questions, and build confidence in your understanding of IFS.
   

• Case Consult Groups – For professionals only, with beginner and intermediate consultation levels available. These groups explore real cases, clinical questions, and practice challenges through an IFS lens.

How Participation Works

All groups are held online. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you like. Your camera can be on or off, whichever feels most comfortable. Some people quietly observe. Others join discussion, ask questions, or share their experiences. However you arrive, there is room for you here.
