What is Nonduality.jpg

NON-DUALITY COURSES

Wide, horizontal view of a calm, clear body of water under soft daylight. A single smooth stone sits centered, partially submerged, with its above-water and below-water portions blending almost seamlessly through the transparent surface. The lakebed of small stones is visible beneath the water, while distant tree-lined shores and open sky stretch across the background. The scene is minimal, evenly lit, and tranquil, with only faint ripples preserving a near-perfect stillness.

A bearded man in simple white clothing sits cross-legged on a sunlit rock, eyes closed in meditation, overlooking misty green mountains and a river valley in soft natural daylight.

Self-Inquiry -Who am I,

Instructor:

(the anchor. Ramana Maharshi's question is the most famous practice in modern nonduality, and it's structurally identical to the IFS move: notice what you're identified with, ask who is aware of it, step back. Every lesson is an unblending practice wearing Advaita robes.)

Woman kneeling beside a clear mountain lake, gently touching the water with a stone in her hand, surrounded by alpine forest and distant peaks under soft daylight, conveying quiet contemplation and inner stillness

Awakening, Enlightenment, Glimpses, and Stabilization

Instructor:

(high demand; half this audience has had a glimpse and is desperate to understand why it faded. The parts-work answer — the glimpse didn't fade, protectors reasserted because unhealed material still needed guarding — is both truer and kinder than what most teachers offer.)

Solitary robed figure standing barefoot on a high mountain cliff above a sea of clouds, gazing across distant peaks and vast sky, conveying awakening, perspective, and the stillness of expanded awareness

Ego, Separate Self, and No-Self

Instructor:

(the concept flagship, and the course where you host the Self-versus-no-Self conversation directly; sister course to Brahman/Atman and the ACIM Ego course, completing a thread that now runs across the whole Sanctuary)

Elderly East Asian woman walking along a sunlit garden stone path carrying a wicker basket of flowers and herbs, with trees, wildflowers, and a snow-capped mountain in the background, conveying peaceful presence and grounded everyday embodiment

A barefoot traveler sits on a stone path overlooking a mountain valley in bright daylight, head bowed into his hands beside a worn backpack as sunlight breaks across the landscape behind him, symbolizing guilt, fear, and the felt burden of separation on the journey of awakening in A Course in Miracles.

The Seeker: Suffering, Seeking, and Liberation

Instructor:

(rename Suffering, Seeking, and Liberation to this, and center it on the tradition's sharpest insight: seeking itself becomes the final obstacle. The seeker as a part — often a manager who turned spirituality into another performance, sometimes an exile's hope wearing robes — is a devastating trailhead, and every person on this shelf has this part active right now.)

A highly detailed, realistic outdoor photograph of a barefoot woman sitting on cracked earth in a quiet forest during daylight. She is curled inward, arms wrapped tightly around her knees, head bowed down, conveying emotional distress. A deep fissure runs through the ground beneath her, splitting the earth apart. Soft natural sunlight filters through the trees, illuminating the scene with balanced, neutral tones. The textures of the dry, broken ground and surrounding forest are sharply defined, while the background remains gently blurred, creating a shallow depth of field. The composition is centered and calm, with a contemplative, somber atmosphere.

Nonduality, Psychology, Trauma, and Spiritual Bypass

Instructor:

(this is the treasure, and I want to be emphatic: nobody owns this course. The nonduality world is full of people using "there's no one here to suffer" to dissociate from real wounds, and teachers are only beginning to admit it. A parts-work platform teaching why awakening doesn't erase exiles, and why "no-self" claimed too early is often a protector strategy, is the single most ownable course in the entire Sanctuary. It will also be the course therapists share with clients.)

A couple sits closely together on a light fabric spread over natural ground, positioned on a quiet overlook above a calm lake with mountains in the distance. They face each other with foreheads gently touching, eyes closed, and arms loosely wrapped around one another, conveying stillness rather than performance. Both wear simple, neutral-toned clothing with soft, natural textures. The scene is lit by clear daylight with balanced, cool natural tones, and the background falls into a gentle blur, keeping the focus on their quiet, unforced connection. The composition is minimal and grounded, emphasizing presence, mutual awareness, and intimacy without symbolic props or staged elements.

A high-resolution, realistic photograph of two large spheres placed on separate stone pedestals outdoors on a mountain overlook during daylight. One sphere is made of clear crystal, reflecting the surrounding landscape, while the other is a solid, textured stone. Behind them, layers of mountains and clouds stretch into the distance under soft natural sunlight. The composition is centered, calm, and symmetrical, with natural textures and balanced lighting.

Resting as Awareness

Instructor:

(the practice slot; direct-path resting instructions paired with parts check-ins, because the parts that can't rest — the meditator part, the doer, the one monitoring whether it's working — show up on cue)

Close-up of an ancient, weathered stone partially covered by clear, gently flowing water in daylight. Fine cracks, mineral patterns, and small patches of moss and tiny plants are sharply visible on the stone’s surface. The moving water reveals the texture beneath while also reflecting the sky, creating areas where reflection and stone visually merge. The composition is centered, calm, and minimal, with soft natural light and no human presence.

The Who Am I Journey — 10 days.

Instructor:

Daily self-inquiry with a parts twist: each day the question finds a new layer — I am my thoughts, my history, my roles, my healing project — and the student meets the part holding that identity before resting as what notices it. Unblending as pilgrimage. The flagship.

The Seeker's Journey — 14 days.

Instructor:

The premium offering, and my bet for best-seller. Week one maps the seeking system: when the seeker was born, what it promised, which exile it's been trying to rescue through awakening. Week two is the laying down: what remains when nobody is seeking. This journey ends where every tradition in your Sanctuary ends, and its final day can say so explicitly — a quiet capstone for the whole platform.

Ten Days of Resting — 10 days.

Instructor:

The accessible entry journey: one resting instruction per day, one restless part met per day. Simple, repeatable, and the natural companion purchase to the practice course.
