Sacred Reflection
Al-Ḥafīẓ is the One who never forgets you.
He is the Guardian of your breath.
The Keeper of your unfolding.
The One who shelters the sou
leven when the body trembles.
Nothing slips past His gaze.
No harm reaches you
unless it is wrapped in deeper mercy.
No moment of despair escapes
His silent preservation of your essence.
He preserved the stars in their orbits,
and He preserved you
through the storm you thought would undo you.
Al-Ḥafīẓ does not only protect you from danger.
He preserves what is sacred within you.
Your tenderness.
Your original light.Y
our capacity to love
when everything else has been torn.
Even when memory fractured.
Even when innocence blurred.
Even when you thought you had disappeared.
You were being kept.
Parts Work Invitation
What part of you feels unprotected?
The one that had to grow up too fast.
Stay alert too long.
Carry the burden of keeping you safe
when no one else did.
Let that part rest now
in the presence of Al-Ḥafīẓ.
Let it hear:
You are not the only guardian anymore.
The Most Faithful One watches with you now.
If it feels right, place a hand over your heart or belly.
Let this part feel the truth of being preserved.
Let it hear:
You don’t have to hold it all.
Al-Ḥafīẓ remembers the whole of you.
Let it rest.
Just for this breath.
Let it feel what it is like
to be watched over,
ot with suspicion,
but with devotion.
