Sacred Reflection
Al-Khabīr is not just the One who sees you.
He is the One who knows you from within.
Not as data.
Not as record.
But as intimate truth.
He knows what others miss, not just what you did,
but why you trembled before you did it.
He knows how long you held yourself together.
He knows what you meant, even when the words failed.
He knows what the silence was protecting.
He knows the ache under your anger,
the innocence behind your defenses,
the prayer inside your shame.
Al-Khabīr means: nothing in you is misunderstood.
Not the messy parts.
Not the conflicted parts.
Not even the ones you tried to exile.
His awareness is not surveillance.
It is sanctuary.
It is the kind of knowing that makes you safe enough to soften.
To let go.
To be fully seen without fear.
Parts Work Invitation
What part of you fears being misunderstood?
The one that has had to explain itself over and over.
Or worse, stay silent to stay safe.
That part is not wrong for hiding.
But it is tired.
Let it be met now by Al-Khabīr.
Let it feel a gaze that is not piercing, but warm.
Not interrogating, but holding.
A knowing that does not judge.
A presence that does not correct.
Let that part hear:
I know why you did what you did.
And I remain with you.
Breathe with that.
See if this part can rest, even for a moment,
in the relief of being fully known.
