Welcome to the IFS & Astrology Course

This is a course in Western natal astrology that goes beyond horoscopes and Sun-sign descriptions. It teaches how to read a birth chart as a structured system. Across twelve lessons, you will learn to look at any chart, your own, your partner’s, your child’s, or a stranger’s, and understand what you are actually seeing.

What sets this course apart is how it pairs astrology with the inner world you already live in. Each lesson ends with an Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Parts Work integration practice. These are short exercises using journaling, drawing, or somatic awareness so what you learn does not stay conceptual. It becomes something you can feel and work with directly.

Move through the lessons at your own pace. Each one teaches a single concept with clarity and then builds forward. The structure is deliberate. Nothing is repeated. Nothing is filler. The course is designed to develop real reading ability, step by step. Before You Begin

Each lesson is designed to be read in one sitting. If you already have your birth chart, keep it open as you move through the course. If not, you can generate one using your birth date, time, and location. The birth time matters, so use the most accurate one you can find.

At the end of each lesson, complete the integration practice. That is where the material becomes personal and usable.

Orientation

Start here. These first two lessons establish what astrology is and how zodiac signs function as styles of expression.

Core Teachings

The heart of the course. These lessons teach the four major layers of the natal chart (planets, houses, the Big Three, and aspects) — and then show you how to weave them together into a full reading.

Closing

Where to take what you've learned, and how to keep deepening without falling into the common traps beginners run into.
