🥀 Welcome to the Free Deathbed Regrets Course for Everyday People
This course exists because of something remarkable: the people closest to the end of life keep trying to send the rest of us a message. Bronnie Ware, the Australian palliative caregiver whose years at the bedside became the world-famous book The Top Five Regrets of the Dying in 2012, gathered the most beloved version of that message, and her story is honored in full early in this course. The lens she opened, and the one this course looks through from start to finish, is honest and surprisingly hopeful: nearly everyone reaches the end carrying regrets, the regrets follow patterns that can be understood, and peace turns out not to require everything being fixed. There is real work that can be done with regret, at the end of life and long before it, and the people who keep company with the dying watch it succeed every day.
This course teaches the wisdom of deathbed regrets pure to itself, drawn straight from the bedside, with no religious doctrine or outside systems blended in. It's written in plain, emotionally human language anyone can follow, whether you work around death and dying or have never once said the words out loud. It isn't clinical or professional training, grief counseling, or religious instruction; it's real knowledge and guidance you can use in your own life and with the people you love, whatever you're carrying and whoever you're sitting beside. Inside you'll find clear teaching, real-life examples, and the practical substance this topic deserves, from the regrets the dying actually name to the repairs that remain possible, the losses that ask for completion instead, and the quiet skill of keeping company from the chair beside the bed. And every module ends with a simple practice so you can begin using the skill right away.
This course is self-paced click-and-learn, with no tests, quizzes, exams, or homework. Feel free to move through the modules in order or jump straight to whatever interests you most. There is no right or wrong way to take this course.
