Most people go their whole lives believing there are only two or three answers to the question of what can happen to a body after death, and then the actual decision gets made by a grieving family in a day or two, under the worst possible conditions. The truth is gentler and far more interesting: the menu is long, the options are fascinating, and learning them calmly, ahead of time, is one of the kindest things you can do for yourself and for the people who will one day carry out your wishes. That is the heart of this course: what happens to your body is a choice, and you deserve to see every door before anyone has to pick one for you.
This course teaches the options pure to themselves, one honest door at a time, with no religious doctrine, industry sales talk, or outside agenda blended in. It's written in plain, emotionally human language anyone can follow, whether you work around death professionally or have never once let yourself think about it. This isn't clinical or industry training, legal or funeral-planning advice, or religious instruction; it's real knowledge and guidance you can use in your own life and with the people you love, planning ahead for yourself or walking beside someone else. Inside you'll find clear teaching, real-life examples, and the honest, practical substance every option deserves, from how each one actually works, start to finish, to who tends to choose it and why. And every module ends with a simple practice so you can begin using the skill right away.
