🃏Welcome to the Major Arcana Course for Everyday People
The twenty-two cards taught in this course were born in Renaissance Italy as the trump cards of a beloved game, given their most famous faces by the artist Pamela Colman Smith in 1909, and bound into one continuous story when the tarot teacher Eden Gray named the Fool's Journey, the idea that the trumps trace a single traveler's path through everything a life can hold. They are the most recognized images in all of tarot, the Fool, Death, the Tower, the Lovers, the ones that escaped the deck and live in movies, songs, and tattoos. This course is the deep dive into those twenty-two; it belongs to a family of four, where the Tarot course opens the whole deck, and the Minor Arcana and Court Cards each have their own deep-dive course.
Here, the Major Arcana is taught pure to itself, with no other systems blended in, and written in plain, emotionally relatable language anyone can follow, whether you've read cards for years or this is your very first step. It isn't a reading service or religious instruction, and it won't tell you your future; it's the cards themselves, their imagery, their traditional meanings, and their real history, taught so you can actually understand them. Every module offers clear teaching, real-life illustrations, and an honest telling of both the tradition's own story and the documented history beneath it.
