A symbolic illustration of a Jungian therapy session. An older therapist and a younger client sit facing each other in leather chairs before a vast circular mandala filled with archetypal figures, mythic imagery, and symbolic scenes. At the center, a radiant golden tree stands between a dark moonlit landscape and a warm sunlit city, suggesting the integration of opposites. A labyrinth pattern is carved into the floor beneath them, reinforcing themes of self-discovery, individuation, and the journey into the unconscious.

Welcome to the Free Jungian Therapy Course for Everyday People

Jungian therapy comes from Carl Jung, the Swiss psychiatrist who broke with Freud in the early 1910s and spent the rest of his life building his own depth psychology. His ideas run so deep in modern culture that you already speak his language: "introvert," "extrovert," "complex," and "archetype" all trace back to him, and the famous Myers-Briggs types descend from his work. At the heart of it all is one striking lens: the unconscious isn't a basement of problems to be cleared out. It's a living partner with something to say, and it's been trying to reach you your whole life through dreams, moods, attractions, and patterns.

This course teaches pure Jungian therapy, with no other modalities blended in. It's written in plain, emotionally relatable language anyone can follow, whether you work in the field or have never set foot in a therapy room. It isn't clinical training for therapists; it's Jungian work you can put to use in your own life. Each module offers clear teaching, real-life examples, and the practical tools, techniques, and strategies Jungian therapy is known for, and every lesson ends with a simple practice so you can begin using the skill right away.

This course is self-paced, with no tests, exams, or homework. Feel free to go through it in order, or jump around to whatever interests you most.
