🌲Plant & Herb Magic Course

🌲Welcome to the Plant & Herb Magic Course
Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Parts Work Integration Practices
Welcome to the Plant & Herb Magic course, part of the free Witchcraft & Folk Magic Series.
Plant magic is one of the oldest and most accessible branches of the craft. A sprig of rosemary, a cup of tea, or a simmer pot on the stove becomes a working the moment it is done with intention and relationship. This course teaches the green craft from the ground up: relating to plants as allies rather than ingredients, learning the correspondences, sourcing and preparing herbs responsibly, and putting them to work in real life through infusions, oils, sachets, simmer pots, jar spells, and plant magic for specific intentions.
The lessons are honest about history, safety, and cultural respect. They name the poison path without teaching it, address closed practices such as white sage, and credit traditions like hoodoo wherever their techniques appear. You do not need a garden, rare plants, or a full apothecary shelf to begin. A handful of well-chosen herbs is enough to start a lifelong green practice.
Each lesson ends with an optional Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work practice, a short reflection that helps you notice how different parts of you respond to what you are learning. These practices are not therapy and are not a substitute for mental health care. Everything IFS and the IFS Academy are independent educational resources and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the IFS Institute or any official Internal Family Systems organization. The plant magic lessons stand fully on their own, and if parts work is new to you, these links offer background:
